The Bulls did what?! AH-HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAA!

The Chicago Bulls are on the clock and finally they have the NBA multiverse in the palm of their hands. Derrick Rose is the only logical choice at number one and if they don't pick him I will publicly question the intelligence of the management of said Bulls.

Let's take a look at why it makes sense to pick DR - he can make you better. DR can make the Chicago Bulls elite again, he can give the franchise what it has been missing for a long time...a player who gives a damn. The Minnesota Timberwolves need a big man. That would put Brook Lopez at the number three pick. The Miami Heat have a need for a big (a center or forward) and that clearly is Michael Beasley. That leaves Chicago with a world of choices and they all begin and end with Derrick Rose.

With that the clear choice I imagine that the Bulls will find a way of messing this up. You need to know your history people! The team got LUCKY when Michael Jordan fell in their lap at number three back in the eighties...imagine having Sam Bowie - oh no...or Hakeem Olajuwon(that would have been dope all things considered) but here we are with a chance for a really good ball player and a hometown product. He gets the chance that Ben Wilson never had, he can represent not only Chicago but also Simeon High School and with all that has happened in regard to the rash of shootings involving Chicago Public School kids, he can serve as a prominent reminder of hard work paying off and not settling for being a misnomer.
